Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method and equipment for producing a shortcake in which shortcake production steps are reversed and a package container is used as a production container. [Solution] Provided are a method and equipment for producing a shortcake from the top down in a package container, such that: a package container 10 having an upper surface opening is used as a cake production container; a retrieval film 20 is placed inside the package container 10 as an insert; a cake topping layer 30, a first cream layer 40, a shape-retention sponge dough 50, a second cream layer 60, and a cake base dough 70 are built onto the insert film 20; a bottom lid 90 is fitted into the opening in the package container 10; and the package is stored.
