Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a powder compact, which can improve hardness while suppressing a decrease in production efficiency of the powder compact. A powder compact 14 is compression-molded by compressing the powder supplied into a die hole 18 with a lower punch 31 and an upper punch 32. In the compression molding, a first compression and a second compression subsequent to the first compression are performed. In the first compression, compression is performed at a first compression speed, and in the second compression, compression is performed at a second compression speed slower than the first compression speed.
