Abstract:

This method is for producing a humidity-conditioned optical film by humidifying a film roll sheet 1 which includes a polarizer, and involves spraying, at a pressure of 0.5 kPa or more, water vapor at 35℃ or higher and 80%RH or more with respect to the film roll sheet 1 which has the polarizer. For example, by spraying the water vapor from an arc-shaped surface section 711 of a spray part 7 to the film roll sheet 1, the tensile force of the film roll sheet 1 and the spraying pressure of the water vapor compete each other, and the film roll sheet 1 is transported along the arc-shaped surface section 711 while separating from the arc-shaped surface section 711.
