Abstract:
This method for producing a laminated ceramic capacitor comprises: a first step for preparing a plurality of ceramic green sheets by molding, into a sheet shape, a slurry which is mainly composed of dielectric ceramic powder and contains organic vehicles; a second step for preparing a plurality of patterned green sheets by printing a predetermined internal electrode pattern on the plurality of ceramic green sheets using a paste which is mainly composed of metal powder and contains organic vehicles; a third step for preparing a sheet laminate by laminating the plurality of patterned green sheets; a fourth step for reducing organic vehicles in the sheet laminate; a fifth step for preparing a plurality of laminate chips by cutting the sheet laminate in a first direction X and a second direction Y which are perpendicular to the lamination direction of the patterned green sheets; and a sixth step for firing the plurality of laminate chips.
