Abstract:
This method for producing a laminated thermistor comprises a first step, a second step, a third step, and a fourth step. The first step involves preparing a sintered body that includes a manganese oxide and has at least one pair of internal electrodes therein. The second step involves impregnating the sintered body with a solution containing silicon. The third step involves generating a high-resistance section on at least part of the surface layer of the sintered body by subjecting the sintered body to a heat treatment after the second step. The fourth step involves forming, on part of the surface of the sintered body after the third step, at least one pair of external electrodes that are electrically connected to the at least one pair of internal electrodes, respectively.
