Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for producing an electrically insulating composite material for a silicon rubber socket, the method comprising a step for producing a molded body from a mixture including a liquid silicone and a heterogeneous composite powder obtained by compositing (i) a metal powder and (ii) a polymer or ceramic powder; an electrically insulating composite material for a silicon rubber socket, the composite material being manufactured by the method; a method for manufacturing a silicon rubber socket, the method comprising (a) a step for preparing a sheet-shaped molded body from a mixture including a liquid silicone and a heterogeneous composite powder obtained by compositing (i) a metal powder and (ii) a polymer or ceramic powder, and (b) a step for forming a plurality of pores which penetrate the molded body in the thickness direction of the molded body, and filling the pores with a conductive material; and a silicon rubber socket manufactured thereby.
