Abstract:
The present invention relates to a master link which is the track chain link part of a lower driving device used in a tracked vehicle (bulldozer or excavator) and is disposed on one end of a chain to connect the ends of the chain when the chain is assembled to the vehicle. The processing of a gap (2) generated when the master link (1) is assembled with an object is performed using a wire cutter, and the cutting (A) of the separation parts of the front and rear master links (1) is performed when a point b and a point c are firstly cut at a starting point (a). When a wire cutter reaches the end point (d) of the gap (2) portion of the design, the wire cutter returns to the start point (e) of the gap (2) portion along the cut (A) surface, and then a return cut (C) is made from the start point (e) of the gap (2) portion to the end point (d) of the gap (2) so a sto separate the gap (2) portion, thereby cutting (A) the gap (2) portion. The cutting of the separation parts of the front and rear master links (1) and the separation of the gap (2) portion may be performed at the same time by means of only one wire-cutting process.
