Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a perovskite solar cell, comprising the following steps: sequentially forming an electron transport layer, a perovskite active layer, a hole transport layer and a counter electrode on the surface of a transparent conductive substrate, and obtaining a perovskite solar cell; the electron transport layer is an anoxic VO2 thin film. Compared with the existing technology, anoxic VO2 is introduced into a perovskite solar cell in the preparation method provided in the present invention to prepare a perovskite solar cell featuring ultraviolet-near-infrared optical shielding transmission. By using anoxic, non-stoichiometric VO2 as the material of an electron transport layer, ultraviolet light can be effectively absorbed and near-infrared light can be reflected, thereby achieving effective shielding. In this way, light contact and temperature increase of a perovskite absorption layer are reduced, and the perovskite layer and the device are protected.
