Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing an o-iodophenyl compound, wherein an iodobenzene compound and an amide compound as raw materials are reacted in the presence of sodium hydride or n-butyllithium and a solvent to obtain the o-iodophenyl compound. With the deepening of organic chemistry in every aspect of people's lives, it is crucial to explore a green and environmentally-friendly, convenient and quick synthesis method with high atom utilization rate, whether in the research and development of drug synthesis processes or in other aspects such as industrial manufacturing. The compound containing a C-N bond is not only widely present in the natural world, but also plays an irreplaceable role in the field of biomedicine. The present invention introduces a new method for efficiently constructing a C-N bond by using o-diiodobenzene as a precursor without a metal catalyst and an expensive special ligand thereof and conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.
