Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a live microorganism-based composite biological material for repairing a Cr(VI)-polluted water body, comprising: using a modified melamine sponge as a composite material support for fixing live microorganisms, and conducting in-situ modification by adding polypyrrole; using an electroactive microorganism with Cr(VI) reduction capability as a type strain, and conducting in-situ assembly of an amino-modified carbon dot and polydopamine to give a hybrid strain as an inner embedded microbial agent of the modified sponge; and using a mixed solution of sodium lactate, polyethylene glycol, and bis[tris(hydroxymethyl)aminopropane] as an outer embedded agent to heterogeneously graft the inner embedded microbial agent onto the modified melamine sponge to give the live microorganism-based composite material. By the use of the modified melamine sponge as the support for fixing the live microorganism-based material, the modification of the electroactive strain, and the in-situ assembly with the modified sponge, the present invention features a simple overall preparation process and possesses the properties of environment conservation and the like.
