Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a high-concentration liquid medium having reduced osmotic pressure, and a method for producing a protein of interest by using the medium. When the high-concentration liquid medium is prepared according to one embodiment, the osmotic pressure thereof can be effectively reduced. Therefore, if the medium is used in producing a protein of interest, the production/expression level of the protein of interest, cell number, cell viability and the specific production rate of cells are increased, and thus production of the protein of interest from cells can be remarkably increased.
