Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method for preparing a compound I, which is characterized in being prepared and obtained by reacting starting materials which comprise a compound II, which contains a carbon-carbon double bond, and a compound III, which contains a nitrile group, in the presence of a catalyst and a free radical initiator. The method uses a copper-based catalyst and uses a nitrile-containing compound as a bifunctional reagent to achieve an olefin compound undergoing an amination reaction and cyanomethylation simultaneously for the first time to prepare and obtain a core skeleton of a γ-aminobutyric acid derivative.
