Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for one-step synthesis of methylcyclopentadiene from cyclopentanone and methanol. Cyclopentanone and methanol are used as raw materials, and are subjected to a cascade dehydrogenation/aldol condensation/selective hydrodeoxygenation reaction in a continuous packed bed reactor under the action of an AxByOz composite metal oxide catalyst, so as to synthesize a target product, i.e., methylcyclopentadiene. The present invention has a simple process line, is convenient for catalyst preparation, is environmentally friendly, and achieves direct conversion from cyclopentanone and methanol to high value-added methylcyclopentadiene.
