Abstract:
A method for monitoring employee states in real time and early warning abnormal data synchronously, relating to the field of medical management. The method specifically comprises specific real-time employee state monitoring processes of: S1, establishing an evaluation standard for each medical position; S2, establishing in the evaluation standards evaluation factors; and S3, according to the evaluation standards, monitoring states of employees in each medical position in real time, the states of the employees comprising working states and degrees of task completion. The method establishes the position evaluation standard for each medical position, establishes in the position evaluation standards multiple evaluation factors affecting the states of the employees in each medical position to reasonably monitor and evaluate the working states of the employees in each medical position and, on the basis of evaluation results, makes work summaries and medical institution operation adjustments in a timely manner, so as to perfect medical institution operation systems, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the diagnosis and treatment experience of patients.
