Abstract:

Provided is a method for measuring the trunk balance of a human, in which the trunk balance of a human is measured. The method comprises: an external force input step for setting a subject, who is a target for the trunk balance measurement, in such a state where the posture of the subject can become unstable easily when a force is applied externally to the subject, then making the subject hold items having different colors one after another, and then apply a force externally to the subject; and a measurement step for measuring the trunk balance of the subject on the basis of the movement of the subject in the external force input step.
