Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vinegar foaming tablet and to a vinegar foaming tablet manufactured by the method, the method comprising the steps of: (1) drying a mixture, in which calamansi, burdock, yam, lotus roots, taro, and ginger are mixed, followed by pulverization; (2) mixing the mixture pulverized in step (1), a sugar, and yeast, followed by fermentation; (3) seeding a vinegar starter in the fermentation product obtained from fermentation in step (2), followed by fermentation, thereby obtaining vinegar, and then drying the vinegar to prepare a vinegar powder; (4) drying grains, in which quinoa and white beans are mixed, followed by roasting and then pulverization, thereby preparing a grain powder; and (5) making a mixture, in which the vinegar powder prepared in step (3), the grain powder prepared in step (4), finely cut prune, and sodium bicarbonate are mixed, into tablets by using a tablet machine.
