Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a toilet blank. The manufacturing method comprises: a grouting step, during which a seat blank, an inner container blank and a main body blank are produced; a first demolding step, during which part of a main body mold, an inner container mold and part of a seat mold are subject to demolding; a first bonding step, during which a first bonding surface of the inner container blank and a bonding surface of the main body blank are bonded to each other; a second demolding step, during which another part of the inner container mold is demolded from the inner container blank; a second bonding step, during which a bonding surface of the seat blank and a second bonding surface of the inner container blank are bonded to each other; and a third demolding step, during which undemolded parts of the seat mold, the inner container mold and the main body mold are demolded from a bonded toilet blank. By bonding individual blanks with partial molds that are not removed, reduced contact of an operator with the blanks is allowed during bonding, and the partial molds can be used to accurately position the blanks relative to each other.
