Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stiffness-enhanced product using carbon nanotubes and a stiffness-enhanced product manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a stiffness-enhanced product using carbon nanotubes according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing a carbon nanotube powder with a dispersion solvent; subjecting the mixture solution to microwave treatment to disperse the carbon nanotube powder; introducing the mixture solution, in which the carbon nanotubes powder has been dispersed, to mulberry leaves; picking and separating the mulberry leaves to which the mixture solution has been introduced, and then drying the mulberry leaves; obtaining cocoon by using the dried mulberry leaves as a feed for silkworm; and manufacturing a yarn by using the cocoon. By introducing carbon nanotubes and water to a plant and using the plant to produce the product through the above feature, the present invention can produce a product with enhanced stiffness and other properties.
