Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a printing plate comprises: an exposure step for forming a relief through exposure of a photosensitive resin composition; and a development step for causing a portion of the photosensitive resin composition unexposed in the exposure step to be attached or to adhere to a development medium and developing the portion. The storage elastic modulus of the unexposed portion of the photosensitive resin composition at a development temperature in the development step is 100-4000 Pa, and the development medium is a wiper having an elastic recovery rate of 30-99%.
