Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a non-woven fabric filter for an air conditioner, having a heavy metal and carbon dioxide adsorption function and an antibacterial function; and a non-woven fabric filter for an air conditioner, manufactured by the manufacturing method, in which, by extracting a mixed solution of rice husk liquid, a silica mixture, and Dunaliella salina powder, and then adding a catalyst to cause aging, and coating or applying the filtered mixed solution onto non-woven fabric and heat-treating, the amounts of heavy metals and carbon dioxide adsorbed can be increased and antibacterial activity can be improved, and, by preparing the silica mixture by adding water glass and a phytoncide solution for odor removal to silica pulverized with a grinder, deep-frying same like puffed rice in an industrial microwave to make same porous, and then adding calcium carbonate and red clay, there is the effect of improving the ability to adsorb heavy metals and carbon dioxide, due to the porosity.
