Abstract:
A grating manufacturing method according to the present invention makes grating components have uniform upside widths (w), adjusts the height of a lateral surface (supporting part) according to the magnitude of an upper load that must be supported by a grating, adjusts the width (p) of a metal plate according to the height of the lateral surface so that same correspond, adjusts the length of the grating components in correspondence to the width (s) of the grating, and can adjust the number of coupled grating components and the length of a connecting bar in correspondence to the length (L) of the grating, and thus can manufacture gratings having various standards by using one press mold. Furthermore, the grating according to the present invention enables a plating solution to properly penetrate between the grating components during a plating operation and has excellent drainage performance.
