Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an anode target, an anode target, an X-ray source and an X-ray imaging system. The method for manufacturing an anode target comprises: forming first grooves (202, 302, 402, 802) periodically arranged on a substrate (201, 301, 401, 801); securing metal tungsten wires (501, 601, 701, 803) matching openings of the first grooves (202, 302, 402, 802) within the first grooves (202, 302, 402, 802) to form an anode target corresponding to a groove pattern.
