[Problem] To manage menstruation more simply and efficiently. [Solution] A method according to the present disclosure comprises, by a processor, obtaining information relating to wearing of water-absorbing shorts, obtaining, by a menstrual blood amount measurement process based on a measurement unit attached to the water-absorbing shorts, information relating to the amount of menstrual blood absorbed by the water-absorbing shorts, and associating and outputting the information relating to the amount of menstrual blood.
