Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for inspecting the flatness of a screen printer. The method for inspecting the flatness of a screen printer comprises the steps of: correcting the flatness prior to a screen printing process of the screen printer through a sensor unit provided on the screen printer; and correcting the flatness during the screen printing process of the screen printer, wherein prior to the screen printing process of the screen printer, the flatness of a substrate, a backup block, and a stage of the screen printer may be checked, and during the screen printing process of the screen printer, the warpage of the substrate and the flatness of a mask of the screen printer may be checked. In addition, the method for inspecting the flatness of the screen printer as described above may be implemented in various ways according to embodiments.
