The present invention relates to a method for increasing the thickness of an acellular dermal layer graft. Being capable of increasing the thickness of homologous dermis to a level similar to the skin thickness of a region to be grafted and constructing a flexible and resilient tissue at the same time, the method according to an aspect can induce smooth skin tissue regeneration through engraftment without tissue deviation at the grafted region.
