Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for increasing the production of extracellular vesicles in a strain of the genus Lactobacillus, the method comprising a step for irradiating the strain with a red LED. According to the present invention, it was observed that the production of extracellular vesicles increases when the strain of the genus Lactobacillus is irradiated with a red LED. Thus, the extracellular vesicles produced in the genus Lactobacillus can be isolated and used in cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals.
