Abstract:
A method for forming a micro-channel by using air inflation, comprising: using a method that combines numerical simulation and composite rolling experiments to analyze hydrogen pressure as well as the effect of the composite strength of a metal composite ultra-thin band after composite rolling on the diameter of a micro-channel, obtaining the correspondence between the diameter of the micro-channel and the content of titanium hydride, the heating temperature, and the composite strength of the metal composite ultra-thin band, and preparing, according to needs, micro-channel products having different diameters and distributions the cross-sections of which are sealed tubes.
