Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for recommending a product. The method for recommending a product comprises the steps of: acquiring user data indicating the health status of a user; estimating, by using the acquired user data, a first nutritional component and a second nutritional component required for the user; extracting a plurality of pieces of product information including at least one of the estimated first nutritional component and the estimated second nutritional component; calculating a first score for a first product on the basis of the contents of the first nutritional component and the second nutritional component of the first product included in the plurality of pieces of product information; calculating a second score for a second product on the basis of the contents of the first nutritional component and the second nutritional component of the second product included in the plurality of pieces of product information; and determining a product to recommend to the user by using the calculated first score and second score.
