Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for providing a workout prescription service through workout image analysis. A method for providing a workout prescription service through workout image analysis, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: receiving user information including a user's body information and a first workout image capturing the user exercising from a user terminal; analyzing the first workout image and generating an analysis result on the basis of artificial intelligence training data and the user information; generating a personalized workout prescription designed for the user on the basis of the analysis result; and providing the personalized workout prescription to the user terminal.
