The device (100) includes: at least one sensor (110) configured to obtain condition data associated with the package during the delivery process; a communication interface (120); and a processor (130) configured to receive the condition data from the at least one sensor (110) and to transmit a report based on the condition data to a server (400, 500) via the communication interface (120).
