Abstract:
A method for determining a parameter of a high-frequency vibration mill having three grinding cylinders comprises: establishing a differential equation for a model by using principles such as an average parameter technique and a transfer function technique; acquiring a synchronization stability coefficient curve of a system, a boundless maximum coupling torque graph, and the like by means of characteristic analysis of synchronization and stability; and acquiring a velocity curve, a displacement curve, and a phase differential figure of a mass by means of simulating a vibration system, and verifying the accuracy of the techniques by means of comparing the characteristic analysis and the system simulation. The parameter of a high-frequency vibration mill reduces technical requirements for a vibration exciter and reduces deterioration of the vibration exciter while extending the service life of the machine. The invention also ensures a better crushing effect, low noise, no pollution, and high reliability; and facilitates design of structural parameters and selection of an operating region for a vibration-based feeder device.
