Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for determining an injection amount of liquid medicine in a liquid medicine injection device that is attached to a subject to inject a liquid medicine, the method including: measuring the temperature of the liquid medicine at unit time intervals; obtaining declined efficacy values according to the measured temperatures; cumulatively summing the declined efficacy values for a predetermined period of time to obtain a cumulative declined efficacy value; calculating a supplementary injection amount on the basis of the cumulative declined value and an existing next injection amount of the liquid medicine; and deriving a modified injection amount of the liquid medicine, in which the supplementary injection amount has been reflected. Thus, the issue of declining efficacy due to the aging of liquid medicine at high temperature is reflected as one factor in the injection amount of a liquid medicine.
