Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of wireless communication, and particularly relates to a method for determining the electric length of an auxiliary power amplifier compensation line in a Doherty architecture. The method comprises: setting up in a simulation environment an auxiliary power amplifier simulation circuit formed by connecting a first port impedor, an input matching circuit, an auxiliary power amplifier, an output matching circuit, a compensation line and a second port impedor successively; setting the electric length of the compensation line to be in an adjustable state; setting the auxiliary power amplifier to be in a back-off state, and setting the impedance value of the second port impedor as a preset high-impedance value; acquiring a smith chart of the auxiliary power amplifier simulation circuit, and acquiring S parameters of the second port impedor according to the smith chart; rotating a central frequency point of the smith chart so as to change the impedance value corresponding to the central frequency point to be the same as the preset high-impedance value; and determining a numerical value of the electric length when the impedance value is the preset high-impedance value, taking same as a final electric length value, and outputting same. The present invention uses the smith chart for diagrammatizing so as to obtain the electric length of the compensation line, thus improving the working efficiency.
