Abstract:
Provided is a method for controlling a ventilation system with which it is possible to suitably ventilate a space being ventilated, in response to a change in the air quality of areas within the space being ventilated. Provided is a method for controlling a ventilation system provided with a plurality of ventilation devices for which the ventilation airflow can be switched, and a plurality of air quality sensors that are provided in a corresponding manner to each of the plurality of ventilation devices, the air quality sensors detecting the state of air quality in a space being ventilated that is ventilated by the ventilation devices, the method including: a selection step for selecting a ventilation device to use in ventilating the space being ventilated, from among the plurality of ventilation devices, on the basis of detection values from the plurality of air quality sensors; a determination step for determining the ventilation airflow of the selected ventilation device on the basis of the detection value from the air quality sensor that corresponds to the selected ventilation device; and a ventilation execution step for ventilating the space being ventilated using the ventilation device selected in the selection step on the basis of the determined ventilation airflow.
