Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for controlling turn on of two light sources (8A, 8B) each placed at one separate end of a light guide (6), the method being implemented by at least one light-source-driving device (4). According to the invention, the method comprises a first phase in which a first light source is controlled to turn on using a first control ramp, up to a maximum illumination level; a second phase in which the first light source is controlled to turn off using a second control ramp, from the maximum illumination level of the first light source, to an intermediate or zero illumination level; and a third phase in which a second light source is controlled to turn on using a third control ramp, the third phase starting between the start and the end of the second phase.
