Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and a system for calculating the absorption rate of a predetermined absorbent material from image data obtained by capturing an image of the absorbent material absorbing water. According to the present invention, the absorption rate of the absorbent material is calculated by separating absorption image data into respective frame image data, using an artificial neural network model to determine whether each frame image data is an absorbing image or a completed-absorption image, and detecting an absorption start time point and an absorption end time point.
