Abstract:
A method for automatically removing the digestive tract from a shrimp, the method completing automatic removal of the digestive tract of the shrimp on the basis of an identification system, a control system, a feeding system, a detection device, a loading device and an auxiliary device. First, a photographic contrast method is employed: in the moving process of a shrimp to be treated on a device, a photographic mechanism takes snapshot according to a pre-set characteristic picture, then the trajectory of a cutter is controlled so as to clear away the digestive tract of the shrimp, thus achieving the purpose of automatically removing the digestive tract from the shrimp. The present method has the advantages of little manual operation, high automation, safe operation, high degree of integration of equipment, being light weight, and high efficiency in removing the digestive tract from shrimp, and is thus suitable for dining at a table both at home and in restaurants.
