Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for determining a contention window value. According to the present application, even if a feedback type of a TB in a COT to which a reference time period belongs is different from a feedback type of a TB to be transmitted, or a TB in a COT to which a reference time period belongs corresponds to at least two feedback types, or a TB to be transmitted corresponds to at least two feedback types, a terminal device may also determine the reference time period, wherein the priority of the COT to which the reference time period belongs is the same as the priority of the transmission corresponding to the TB to be transmitted; and the terminal device determines a target contention window value according to a transmission situation of at least one TB within the reference time period. Therefore, it is beneficial to determine a suitable target contention window value. When the terminal device preempts, according to the target contention window value, a channel for the TB to be transmitted, it is beneficial to avoid interference between different devices and improve system transmission efficiency.
