Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for detecting foreign objects in a bulk material, and X-ray machine foreign object detection equipment. The method is applied to an X-ray machine foreign object detection equipment, and the X-ray machine foreign object detection equipment is provided with the apparatus for detecting foreign objects in a bulk material, a flap reject apparatus and an air blast reject apparatus. A detection method of the apparatus for detecting foreign objects in a bulk material comprises: acquiring an X-ray image of a bulk material in detection; identifying the X-ray image, and determining information such as the quantity, positions, sizes and densities of foreign objects in the bulk material; when it is determined that the quantity of the foreign objects exceeds a preset quantity threshold or the sizes, the densities and the position relation are not suitable for air blast rejection, rejecting the foreign objects in the bulk material by means of the flap reject apparatus; and when it is determined that the foreign objects are suitable for air blast rejection, rejecting the foreign objects in the bulk material on the basis of the positions of the foreign objects and by means of corresponding air nozzles in the air blast reject apparatus. According to the present application, precise and complete rejection of the foreign objects can be achieved.
