Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliances, and provides a method for controlling an air conditioner. The air conditioner is provided with a spraying device. The method comprises: under the condition that a heat exchanger of the air conditioner has a cleaning requirement, controlling the air conditioner to start a cooling operation until a condensate layer is formed on the surface of the heat exchanger; controlling the spraying device to spray a cleaning medium to the condensate layer; and after a preset staying duration, controlling the air conditioner to start to operate in a self-cleaning mode. According to the present application, the air conditioner is controlled to conduct a cooling operation, such that a condensate layer is formed on the surface of the heat exchanger, then the spraying device of the air conditioner is controlled to spray the cleaning medium to the condensate layer, and the cleaning medium stays for a period of time, such that the cleaning medium is fully mixed with the condensate layer, and oil stains attached to the surface of the heat exchanger are fully dissolved in the condensate layer. In this way, in the process that the air conditioner operates in the self-cleaning mode, the condensate layer can take away oil stains attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, and effective cleaning of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner is achieved. Also disclosed in the present application are an apparatus for controlling an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium.
