Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a method for acquiring a row hammer refresh address, and a device. The method comprises: acquiring the current sampling address after a previous row hammer refresh signal arrives; determining whether a high-order address has been locked within the current row hammer refresh period; if the high-order address has been locked, determining whether a high-order address of the current sampling address is the same as the high-order address which has been locked within the current row hammer refresh period, and if so, updating the access frequency of the high-order address which has been locked, and updating the access frequency of a low-order address by using the low-order address of the current sampling address; and when the next row hammer refresh signal arrives, taking a low-order address, which has the highest access frequency, as a low-order address of a row hammer refresh address, and taking the high-order address, which has been locked, as a high-order address of the row hammer refresh address. In this way, it is not necessary to count all sampling addresses, the method is simpler, a circuit required is simple, and a row hammer refresh address can be accurately obtained.
