Abstract:
A metal sawblade, comprising a saw back (110) and a saw bite (120), wherein the saw bite (120) has a thickness greater than that of the saw back (110); and a plurality of saw teeth (121) are integrally arranged on the saw bite (120), and the plurality of saw teeth (121) are distributed in the same direction. When the sawblade is used for sawing trees, the saw back has a small thickness, and a chip removal space is reserved, such that the problem of saw clipping when trees are sawed is solved. On this basis, the plurality of saw teeth are distributed in the same direction, such that the procedures for producing saw blades can be reduced, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and cutter sharpening of the sawblade after the sawblade is used is further facilitated, thereby improving the efficiency of cutter sharpening; and a uniform structural design is used for better ensuring the cutter sharpening quality, such that the service life of the sawblade is prolonged.
