Abstract:
A metal chip crushing and briquetting production line, comprising a crusher (1), a feeding bin (2), a briquetting machine (3), a first chip discharging machine (4), a second chip discharging machine (5), and a briquette discharging machine (6). The first chip discharging machine (4) is connected to the crusher (1) and the feeding bin (2); the second chip discharging machine (5) is connected to the feeding bin (2) and the briquetting machine (3); the briquette discharging machine (6) is connected to the briquetting machine (3); the crusher (1) comprises a crushing rack (1-1); a square crushing bin (1-2) is fixedly connected to the crushing rack (1-1); the crushing bin (1-2) stretches out of the crushing rack (1-1) by one segment; a discharging opening is arranged on the lower portion of the crushing bin (1-2); a feeding opening is arranged at the top of the crushing bin (1-2); a push block (1-3) is slidably mounted in the crushing bin (1-2); the push block (1-3) is opposite to the discharging opening, and moves with respect to the discharging opening; a crushing roller shaft (1-4) is rotatably mounted in the crushing bin (1-2) and is located in the discharging opening; multiple tooth cutters are distributed on the peripheral surface of the crushing roller shaft (1-4), and tooth grooves allowing the tooth cutters to pass through are evenly distributed on the discharging opening; a semi-arc filter screen (1-5) is fixedly connected to the discharging opening, and the filter screen (1-5) covers the crushing roller shaft (1-4).
