Abstract:
Provided are a melt electrowriting-based carbon fiber-silk fibroin composite material for microbial culture and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of microbial culture. Silk fibroin, diatomite powder, and high polymer powder serve as electrowriting raw materials for physical blending and then serve as melt electrowriting raw materials, and the blend is spray-extruded onto carbon fibers infiltrated in a hyaluronic acid solution, so as to prepare the melt electrowriting-based carbon fiber-silk fibroin composite material. A large specific surface area is provided on a carbon fiber substrate to obtain a larger attachment site. The silk fibroin and a high polymer have good biocompatibility, and are biodegradable, providing nutrient substances for microorganisms, promoting the synthesis of bacteria and good biological affinity for microorganism growth. In addition, diatomite can provide mineral substances for the growth of the microorganisms, facilitating the growth and reproduction of the microorganisms. The carbon fibers are infiltrated in the hyaluronic acid solution, and then covered by electrowriting with silk fibroin or similar substances, thus realizing the slow-release effect of hyaluronic acid and prolonging the service cycle of a microbial carrier.
