Abstract:
The invention mechanisms and devices for changing the angle of the holder systems towards the horizon includes two sheets with a hinged joint and at least one string and at least one hole in the sheet. The present sheets are made of polymer, metal or wood or combination of the above or another solid plate. The two-sided joint can be connected to each other by separate hinges, or if the plates are made of polymer, due to the thinning of the plates, in the joint, the flexibility of this section is more likely to allow the hinges to move into it. In addition to that the projection of the plates in at least two or more holes is considered to allow the thread to pass through the holes in order to allow better control of the twine on the screw.

1- The invention mechanisms and devices for changing the angle of the holder systems towards the horizon includes two sheets with a hinged joint and at least one string and at least one hole in the sheet.

2- The invention of claims 1, wherein the present sheets are made by polymer, metal or wood or combination of the above or another solid plate.

3- The invention of claims 1, wherein the two-sided joint can be connected to each other by separate hinges, or if the plates are made of polymer, due to the thinning of the plates, in the joint, the flexibility of this section is more likely to allow the hinges to move into it.

4- The invention of claims 1, wherein the projection of the plates in at least two or more holes is considered to allow the thread to pass through the holes in order to allow better control of the twine on the screw.

5- The invention of claims 1, wherein The strings used can have a circular, polygonal, elliptical or flat section.

6- The invention of claims 1, wherein the number of strings can be one or more.

7- The invention of claims 1, wherein the number of pages used can be squares, rectangles, polygons, circles, or any geometric shapes.

8- The invention of claims 1, wherein which can be used as mobile phones, tablets, books, or any other object holder.

9- The invention of claims 1, wherein this can be mounted from one side to the wall and used as a table from the front panel with any desired angle. 10- The invention of claims 1, wherein if needed, large industrial size can be fitted into the holes with a spool or roller, and its twine is turned into a towing wire, and a gearbox is used to pull the wire.

11- The invention of claims 1, wherein the angle between the plates can vary from 0 to 180 degrees.

TITLE OF THE INVENTION

Mechanisms and devices for changing the angle of the holder systems towards the horizon

TECHNICAL FIELD

The Present invention relates to holder systems, objects, and also in the stands and covers of object with angle changeable and also to how to locate holder systems of the objects and mechanism which are related to change toward the horizon.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In most cases, how to stand up towards the horizon,while their gravity lies in the area beyond the cross section of the object, are not applicable. In most cases are used to maintain the position of the objects and to maintain the angle formed in between the horizontal line and the axis of symmetry of the supports from the base of stands and also for stands with different shapes.

While the desired angle is always fixed or, changing in this angle occurs at very long intervals, in this situation, used fixed stands mostly.

As instant: to hold a book in studying time can use the book keeper base, and also have been designed some devices to form an angle in tablets and cell phones.

In addition to that, in some cases, these used bases can have special situation to change the length and to change the angle of the axis of symmetry of objects with the horizon line. In this regard, it can be mentioned to related technology, which is presented in similar inventions, such as these patents and inventions in this field, are following:

The filed patents in this field, mostly are designed patents and filed inventions are mostly the holder for connecting to the body and belts with people, but there are some registered invention in this field, such as an invention is filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office with the number US20120025039 Al that is called "cell phone holder and stand", is a holder stand for cell phone and are used just as a support and holder in one mode. This holder is portable but it does not have any capacity to rotate and positioned at different angles.

Another invention is filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office with number of US20090230161 and it is called "holder for portable electronic device". This invention is kind of he holder of the portable electronic device that like a tray holds the edge of the device and it can be put on the flat surface with a base. This holder can only be placed publicly and horizontally and does not accept any other scenarios.

Another invention is filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office with the number of US 7152840 B2 that is called "book holder" is kind of the book holder can be attached to the wheelchairs or car seats and can be rotated with the rotating arm.

Another invention is filed by PCT with the number of WO 2012055040 Al that is called " stand for supporting a portable electronic device" is a kind of holder of portable device such as a cell phone that has one base, and this base connected to the frame which is attached to the device. The holder base has the fold-frame feature. This base type stand is like a holder of the picture frame and only, it can keep the device vertically or horizontally and it does not have the capacity to rotate in different angles and to use for other tools.

In these cased are mentioned above, mostly it is impossible to change the angle without changing the position of the stand and when the base and holder and every other piece are responsible of the changing angle, it is impossible to change the angle. In addition to that, previous angles generally were just designed to change the angle of an object.

As the existing problems, for example, it can indicate to the cell phones that do not have the holder base with a capacity to change angles for moving and also books holder base does not have the possibility to adjust the angle from 0 to 90 degrees.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has different parts that it can make desired angles from 0 to 90 degrees.

In this invention, there are two same sheets that they hinged to each other and they can move freely with each other from 0 to 90 degrees. This hinge can connect two sheets independently, or with they are made of polymer, in the making sheet, while the making sheets, due to the flexible connection, or are formed some part of the direct connection of the sheets but the present sheets can made of metal, polymer, wood or any other material. At the end of the one of this sheet and/or all sheets is located one hole, and in some kind of this invention, there is a similar hole near that and also at the above of that hole. At this moment, a rope with a circular cross- section or a flute is initially transmitted from the junction of two sheets, then the string, after passing through the one or two plates, enters the top hole of one of the plates. In other form of this invention rope can round below of the sheet and pass a only one opening. After that the mentioned rope, with getting out of the top hole of the sheet, transfers to the surface of the mentioned sheet and the end, rope is moving from the lower hole in the space among of two sheets and getting out of the equivalent hole in the front page and as a mirror of the first page on this page, move and go to the top of the hole and go to the front of the input section through the hinges of the two screens. Now, the present rope includes both of the sheets like a belt, and gets out from two pages. If both drops are simultaneously drawn out to the outside of the interfaces, due to the stretching of the two strings between the pages, both pages tend to approach each other and thereby reduce the angle between the pages.

Since the current strand has an extension of the page to the section in the plates and holes, if the gravity strings are released, the pages will be pulled to their side and the pages will tend to open from each other and create an angle of 180 degrees.

By changing the position of the twine in the joint section of the two plates, the current can be pulled out of the same position and, depending on the angle of the formed angle, the component of the return force of the plates decreases in parallel with the plates. In this way, for example, in Hat Normally, a force equal to 10 N would be required to return the plates to 180 degrees, now, with the increase in the angles of the string, the force is increased so that the plates can be opened and their angle of change minimized, on the other hand, due to the tendency of the plates to approach each other in the joint due to the existence of the derivative components The weight of the weight can be used for the common interface of the pages as a Gas receiver (graper).

The present invention can use as cell phone, book, pages, pictures and photos, computer monitor holder ,or any structure that needs the control the angle.

DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

Figure number one, shows that the general structure of this invention, that is included part 1, as one surface and the part number 2 the opening on the surface and past number 3, is another opening in this surface and part number 4 is a ribbon or string of this invention and part is, opening in another surface and part number 6 is the rest of the string and part number 7 is the hingebetween twine surface.

And finally it must be mentioned that, the angle between the plates can vary from 0 to 180 degrees.
