Abstract:
The present application mainly relates to a mechanical arm and a joint module thereof. A driving assembly of the joint module comprises an output shaft, a lower bearing seat, and a lower bearing; an outer stepped surface is formed between a middle fixing section and a lower fixing section of the output shaft; the lower bearing is nested on the lower fixing section; a lower cylindrical part of the lower bearing seat is nested on the lower bearing; an inner ring and an outer ring of the lower bearing are respectively supported on the outer stepped surface and a lower flange part of the lower bearing seat; the outer stepped surface and the lower flange part are positioned on two sides of the lower bearing, so that in an assembling process of the driving assembly, the lower bearing can be nested on the lower fixing section along an assembling direction, and then the lower bearing seat is nested on the lower bearing along the assembling direction or the lower bearing and the output shaft are embedded into the lower cylindrical part as a whole in an opposite direction of the assembling direction. In this way, the lower bearing presses against the lower fixing section, instead of pressing against a clamping ring as in the related art, so that the clamping ring does not need to bear pressure in the assembling process, and the reliability of the clamping ring can be guaranteed.
