Abstract:
A meat-attached matter removal device (1) comprises a pair of holding arms (11a), (11b), an arm driving unit (10), and a circular blade main body (6). The pair of holding arms (11a), (11b) hold from both sides the base of attached matter (H) attached to chicken leg meat (M), and cause the attached matter (H) to protrude upward from the chicken leg meat (M). The arm driving unit (10) drives the pair of holding arms (11a), (11b). The circular blade main body (6) passes above the pair of holding arms (11a), (11b) and cuts the attached matter H that has been made to protrude upward by the holding arms (11a), (11b), at the base thereof.
