A manufacturing method for an environmentally friendly waste-free foamed shoe material. The method comprises the following steps: step S1, filling a rubber plastic foam material in a mold chamber of a rough blank mold in an injection manner for curing and molding, so as to obtain an unfoamed shoe material semi-finished product (10) and injection process runner scrap, wherein the injection process runner scrap can be recycled and crushed in situ and directly used without a re-granulation process, that is, same can be prepared into the rubber plastic foam material again; and step S2, cooling the shoe material semi-finished product (10), and placing same in a mold cavity (111) of a foaming mold (100) for uniform foaming to obtain a shoe body finished product (20). In addition, a shoe material semi-finished product (10) and a shoe body finished product (20) are also disclosed herein. According to the foamed shoe material manufacturing method, waste materials in the manufacturing process can be recycled, and the yield of the shoe body finished product can also be improved.
