Abstract:
Provided is a managing device and the like for an amusement facility that makes it possible to strictly manage users who have entered the amusement facility. A managing server 110 that manages entry into an amusement facility is provided with: a clocking unit 120 that measures a dwelling time of a user who has entered the amusement facility; and a notification unit 130 that notifies the user, before the dwelling time reaches an upper-limit time, that a game in which an amusement machine 200 in the amusement facility is used will be restricted if the dwelling time passes the upper-limit time.
