Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, and specifically relates to a use of a brefeldin A ester derivative in inhibiting tumor proliferation activity, the structure of said brefeldin A ester derivative being as shown in formula (I). The present novel compound features a pronounced effect in preventing or treating hyperproliferative diseases, including liver cancer, leukemia, breast cancer, colonic adenocarcinoma, stomach cancer, lung cancer, Barrett's esophagus cancer, cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer, endometrial cancer, bone cancer, lymphoma, kidney cancer, brain cancer, neural cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, oral cancer, and/or colorectal cancer, thus having portential for being developed as a novel anti-tumor drug.
